Description
Job Description – Part-Time AutoCAD Draftsman
Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings based on architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
Prepare as-built drawings and update drawings according to site conditions and engineer's comments.
Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate drawings with site engineers and other disciplines.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensions, and drafting standards.
Make corrections and submit drawings within the agreed deadlines.
Also provide other services
(i) Quantity Take-Off for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Finishing, Fit-Out, Landscape, Hardscape, Interior Design, Flooring, RCP, and Façade works.
(ii) Prepare measurement sheets, quantity breakdowns, and other supporting documents.
(iii) Valuation and verification of work progress at the site.
(iv) Prepare highlighted drawings for work progress at the site.
(v) Review and prepare progress/RA bills, IPA/IPC, and subcontractor (SC) invoices.
(vi) Review and prepare supplier, vendor, and subcontractor (SC) price verification.
(vii) Prepare detailed CAD drawings for as-built works.
