Duty Free company – Jeddah Airport
We are urgently looking for experienced candidates for the following position:
Associate – Retail Support Operations (RSO)
📍 Location: Jeddah Airport
🏢 Company: Al Waha Duty Free
💰 Total Package: SAR 4,000/month
✅ Salary + Accommodation + Transportation included in the package
🔄 Local Transfer / Transferable Iqama – Mandatory
⏰ Immediate Joining Required
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensure proper product display, merchandising and planograms.
* Maintain product availability and replenish stock from the stockroom.
* Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels.
* Conduct daily, weekly and cycle stock counts.
* Identify and report stock variances, damaged or expired products.
* Maintain accurate inventory/POS records.
* Follow FIFO and proper product rotation.
* Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams for stock replenishment.
* Follow airport, duty-free, safety and company regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 1–2 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising or stock control.
* Experience in duty-free or high-volume retail is preferred.
* Good knowledge of stock counting, replenishment and inventory control.
* Basic English communication skills.
* Arabic is an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of POS / ERP systems and MS Excel.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Able to work in a fast-paced airport retail environment.
