Mathaqat Foods Company β Catering Services is looking for a professional, energetic, and guest-focused Female Assistant Guest Coordinator to join our catering team.

π― Key Responsibilities
β’ Assist in coordinating guest services for catering events and functions.
β’ Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
β’ Coordinate with catering, kitchen, service, and event teams to ensure smooth operations.
β’ Support guest seating, event arrangements, and special requests.
β’ Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
β’ Assist with VIP guests and special events.
β’ Ensure guest areas and event spaces are well presented and organized.
β’ Support the Guest Coordinator in maintaining high service standards.
β’ Help ensure a smooth and positive guest experience throughout catering events.
β Requirements
β’ Female Arab national.
β’ Previous experience in catering, hospitality, guest relations, hostess, events, or customer service is preferred.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β’ Professional appearance and positive attitude.
β’ Strong guest-service and coordination skills.
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced catering and events environment.
β’ Fluent Arabic; good English communication is preferred.
β’ Flexible to work according to event schedules, including evenings and weekends.
β’ Team-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
