Area Sales Manager / Sales Executives

A well reputed manufacturing firm is looking for Area Sales Manager – Scaffolding & Form work for our KSA office
Job location: Dammam, KSA
Salary will be depending on the experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop business with EPC customers, contractors/construction companies, builders, and real estate developers.
• Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships.
• Promote company products and advise clients on formwork and scaffolding solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial offers to clients.
• Conduct sales meetings, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Candidate Profile:
• 5–6 years of prior experience in the scaffolding and formwork industry in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of the construction and oil & gas sectors, particularly with Aramco and SABIC.
• Persistent, highly goal-oriented, and able to work independently with strong initiative.
• Proven sales ability and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of providing technical support and formwork solutions.
• High energy level and self-driven work style.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Open-minded, target-driven personality.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
