Application Support Engineer with 4 years of experience at Accenture in Application Support, Production Support, IT Support, and L1/L2 Technical Support for enterprise applications.

Experienced in application troubleshooting, incident management, problem management, SLA management, ticketing, monitoring, log analysis, SQL, ServiceNow, Jira, Dynatrace, Kibana, REST APIs, Windows, application deployments, release support, and post-deployment validation. ITIL Foundation certified with hands-on experience in ITSM processes, RCA, escalation, and coordination with L2/L3 teams.
