We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Technician to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing household appliances such as kitchen equipment and dishwashers
- Responding to customer calls and resolving appliance issues promptly
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and troubleshooting technical problems
- Providing customers with repair options, cost estimates, and expected completion timelines, considering applicable product warranties
- Completing billing, invoicing, and related documentation accurately and efficiently

The successful candidate should have excellent technical skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
