المتطلبات الأساسية:
إلمام تام بقطاعات السوق السعودي: خبرة عملية مثبتة في التعامل مع جميع القطاعات (مثل: تكنال، ساركو، ألوكان، القطاعات التجارية، وأنظمة الكسر الحراري Thermal Break).
خبير في رفع المقاسات: قدرة دقيقة جداً على أخذ المقاسات في الموقع وتحويلها إلى جداول تنفيذية (Cutting List) دون أخطاء.
إتقان التفصيل والتركيب: خبرة واسعة في تفصيل وتركيب الواجهات (Curtain Walls)، الاستركشر، النوافذ السحاب، والأبواب.
إدارة الورشة: القدرة على الإشراف على العمالة، تنظيم خطوط الإنتاج، وضمان جودة التشطيب النهائي.
قراءة المخططات: إجادة قراءة المخططات الهندسية (CAD) وتنفيذ الأعمال بناءً عليها بدقة.
Key Requirements:
Comprehensive Knowledge of the Saudi Market: Proven hands-on experience working with all major systems and profiles (e.g., Technal, SARCO, Alukan, commercial sectors, and Thermal Break systems).
Expert in Site Measurements: High precision in taking on-site measurements and translating them into error-free execution sheets (Cutting Lists).
Mastery of Fabrication & Installation: Extensive experience in fabricating and installing Curtain Walls, Structural Glazing, sliding windows, and doors.
Workshop Management: Ability to supervise labor, organize production lines, and ensure the highest quality of final finishing.
Blueprint Reading: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (CAD) and executing works accurately based on them.
