About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions, Agents & Applications Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience in designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI Agents, AI-powered applications, Chatbots, automation solutions, and business-focused AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have practical experience converting business requirements into working AI solutions and should be comfortable working across Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, APIs, automation, databases, web applications, and enterprise integrations.
This is a hands-on development role, and candidates must demonstrate actual project experience rather than only theoretical or academic knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Agents & Generative AI
• Design and develop intelligent AI Agents for business processes and workflows.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and business systems.
• Develop AI-powered assistants capable of understanding business context and executing defined tasks.
• Implement multi-step AI workflows, tool/function calling and agent orchestration.
2. AI Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
• Design and develop intelligent AI Chatbots and Virtual Assistants.
• Build conversational experiences using LLMs and NLP technologies.
• Integrate chatbots with websites, applications, WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.
• Implement knowledge-base and document-based question answering using RAG.
• Improve chatbot accuracy, response quality, context handling and user experience.
3. AI-Powered Applications
• Develop web-based and business applications incorporating AI capabilities.
• Convert business requirements and use cases into functional AI solutions.
• Develop dashboards, interfaces and workflow applications where required.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
• Develop prototypes and PoCs and convert successful PoCs into production-ready solutions.
4. API & Enterprise Integration
• Develop and consume REST APIs and web services.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, databases and other enterprise applications.
• Work with JSON, authentication mechanisms and third-party APIs.
• Develop middleware/integration components between AI solutions and business applications.
5. Data & Knowledge Integration
• Work with structured and unstructured data.
• Develop document-processing and knowledge-retrieval solutions.
• Implement RAG pipelines, embeddings and vector databases.
• Work with SQL and relational databases.
• Perform data preparation, transformation and validation required for AI applications.
6. Software Development
• Develop clean, scalable and maintainable application code.
• Participate in application architecture, development, testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications and integrations.
• Maintain technical documentation, source code and deployment procedures.
• Follow software development, security and coding best practices.
7. Business Solution Development
• Work closely with business and solution teams to understand real-world business problems.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve automation, productivity, decision-making and customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases.
• Participate in customer discussions, demonstrations, PoCs and technical presentations.
• Support the development of reusable AI components and solution accelerators.
