ACCOUNTANT

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and finance to manage daily financial operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.

Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.

Manage VAT documentation and assist with VAT filing, where applicable.

Maintain proper records of receipts, payments, and expenses.

Coordinate with management, suppliers, and customers regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally,, or Zoho.

Knowledge of VAT and financial reporting.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
