Curious if anyone renewing a lease in Riyadh recently has actually seen the rent freeze respected, or if landlords are finding workarounds (extra 'service charges', furniture fees, etc. tacked on separately). My renewal is coming up in a couple of months and I want to go in prepared if there's pushback. Would appreciate hearing real experiences rather than just the policy on paper.
