Anyone else affected by the new HR/Marketing Saudization additions this year?

My HR manager mentioned our department might be affected by the newer Saudization list that added a bunch of management-level roles this year. I've been in my current marketing role for almost 4 years now. Has anyone actually gone through this transition recently — did your company move you to a different role, or did it end up being more of a slow-burn thing with a long compliance window? Trying to figure out how worried I should actually be versus just staying informed.
