Job Description – Welding QC Inspector (Aramco Approved)
Position: Welding QC Inspector
Project: Water Pipeline – Chilled Water Pipe
Location: Al Hassa & Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Project Type: Onshore / Inside Factory Project
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Welding QC Inspector with valid Saudi Aramco approval to join our onshore water pipeline project. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting welding activities, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, project specifications, and Saudi Aramco quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect welding activities and ensure compliance with approved WPS/PQR and project specifications.
* Perform visual inspection of welds and verify welding quality.
* Check welding materials, consumables, fit-up, alignment, preheating, and welding parameters.
* Review welding documentation, inspection reports, and quality records.
* Coordinate with welding supervisors, NDT personnel, and project QA/QC teams.
* Ensure welding work complies with applicable Saudi Aramco standards and requirements.
* Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare daily QC reports.
* Support project quality audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications
* Valid CBT Certificate
* Valid Saudi Aramco Welding QC Inspector Approval
* Relevant experience in welding inspection, preferably in water pipeline/chilled water piping projects.
* Good knowledge of welding inspection procedures and QA/QC documentation.
* Ability to work on an onshore factory/project site.
