About ONVOG ONVOG is a premium sneaker and lifestyle boutique in Riyadh (Onitsuka Tiger, Asics, On Running, New Balance, Adidas, Salomon, Alo, Veja) with same-day delivery across Riyadh. We are opening a new branch at Granada Mall.
Job summary We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented Stock Keeper to manage the stockroom at our new Granada Mall branch — receiving, storing, replenishing and controlling stock so the right products and sizes are always available and inventory records in Odoo are accurate.
Responsibilities
Receive and check deliveries and transfers against purchase orders; report discrepancies.
Tag, label, barcode and price items with correct SKU and size data.
Record all stock movements in Odoo and maintain inventory accuracy.
Organise the stockroom by brand and size; keep it clean, safe and orderly.
Replenish the sales floor with full size runs and fast-moving models.
Process transfers and prepare pick/pack for same-day delivery and online orders.
Perform cycle counts and stocktakes; investigate variances.
Handle returns, exchanges and defective stock per company procedures.
Requirements
1–2 years in stock control, warehouse or retail back-of-house (footwear an advantage).
Basic computer/POS/scanner skills (Odoo an advantage).
Numerate, highly organised and detail-oriented.
Physically able to lift and move stock and stand for extended periods.
Arabic and/or English (basic communication).
Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
