WE’RE HIRING – ODOO & CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
DuctCore is looking for a Female Odoo & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and update work orders through Odoo
* Schedule customer appointments and coordinate technician visits
* Update work order status and service details on a daily basis
* Prepare and manage quotations and invoices
* Update customer and work order information on the relevant portals
* Follow up on pending and completed work orders
* Contact customers by phone to confirm appointments and provide service updates
* Coordinate with technicians and ensure daily work orders are properly updated
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documents are uploaded
* Support daily administrative and operational activities
Requirements:
* Female candidate
* Good knowledge of Odoo is preferred
* Good English communication skills
* Arabic communication skills are an advantage
* Good computer and Microsoft Office skills
* Strong organizational and follow-up skills
* Ability to manage multiple work orders and tasks efficiently
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or coordination is preferred
