Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Landscaping Manager to join our team and oversee landscaping operations, maintenance, and project execution.
📍 Position: Landscaping Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily landscaping and maintenance operations.
Supervise landscaping teams, gardeners, and technicians.
Plan and coordinate landscaping projects from start to completion.
Ensure high standards of plant care, irrigation, hardscape, and landscape maintenance.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Prepare work schedules, reports, and project updates.
Identify and resolve operational and site-related issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in landscaping management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, and horticulture.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Relevant qualification in Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
Transferable Iqama (ready for immediate transfer)
