Description
REQUIREMENT: 25 FLATBED TRAILERS WITH DRIVERS – 1 YEAR CONTRACT
We are seeking a qualified company or supplier capable of providing 25 Flatbed Trailers with drivers on a monthly rental basis for a full one-year contract for container transportation from port terminals to designated off-dock terminals and project sites across Saudi Arabia.
1. Fleet Requirements
• Quantity: 25 Flatbed Trailers
• Trailer Length: 13.6 meters
• Vehicle Model: 2020 or newer
• Contract Duration: 1 Year
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day for both trailers and drivers
• Driver: Required / Included
• Primary Task: Port-to-terminal container transportation and return movements
• Secondary Scope: Occasional non-port transportation trips as required by operational demand
1. Scope & Operating Areas
The primary operations will be centered around the Western Ports of Saudi Arabia, including:
• Jeddah Port
• Yanbu Port
• Rabigh Port
• Jizan Port
Operations may also extend to any other location within Saudi Arabia according to operational requirements.
Saudi Rounder: The trucks must be available for operation and movement throughout all regions of Saudi Arabia when required, including Jubail Port, Dammam Port, Rabigh Port, Jeddah Port, Yanbu Port, Jizan Port, and any other location in the Kingdom.
1. Client Responsibilities
The Client will provide:
• Diesel / Fuel
• Driver accommodation
• Driver meals / food
• Light daily maintenance such as tire punctures, oil changes, and basic filters
• Direct payment for port access permits, entry fees, and required clearances
1. Vendor Responsibilities
The Vendor will provide:
• 25 Flatbed Trailers, model year 2020 or newer
• Qualified and experienced drivers
• Major mechanical repairs
• Structural maintenance of the vehicles
• Administrative arrangements and processing required for port access permits
• Valid and complete vehicle and driver documentation
• Quantity: 25 Flatbeds
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Working Hours: 10 hours per day
• Driver: Included
• Diesel: Provided by Client
• Driver Accommodation & Food: Provided by Client

• Vehicle Registration (Istimara) details and expiry date
• Periodic Inspection (Fahas) details
• All required legal and operational vehicle documents
• Driver eligibility for port access and required clearances
• Expected truck availability and mobilization timeline
