Job Title: Interior Site Engineer (Civil & Architect)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Site Engineer to manage our construction & interior projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from Design to Implementation, ensuring compliance with local building codes, high-quality standards, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
Site Supervision: Lead daily site operations and manage workforce performance to ensure adherence to project timelines.
Technical Execution: Ensure all structural and architectural work aligns with approved design drawings and Saudi Building Code (SBC) requirements.
Quality & Safety: Conduct rigorous quality control of materials and enforce strict on-site Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards.
Project Documentation: Manage project reporting, progress tracking, and material reconciliation.
Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between local consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work meets the standards required for inspection and approval by local authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering/Interior Design/architectural from a recognized institution.
Mandatory: Must be eligible for or already hold Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership/accreditation.
Experience: Proven experience in residential or luxury building interior/civil projects (experience in the GCC region is highly preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and relevant engineering software.
Language: Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
Adaptability: Strong understanding of local construction practices and environmental challenges in the region.
