📍 **Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

### 🔹 Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or related discipline.
* Minimum **5 years of relevant experience** in wet utilities, infrastructure, utilities, or civil construction projects.
* Valid **Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) registration**.
* Strong experience in **Technical Office functions**.

* Hands-on experience with **potable water, fire water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, irrigation, and utility networks**.
* Strong knowledge of **IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation**.
* Proficiency in **AutoCAD and Civil 3D – Mandatory**.
* Knowledge of **WaterGEMS / SewerGEMS** or equivalent hydraulic modelling software is preferred.
* Experience in hydraulic calculations, plan & profile drawings, pipe slopes, invert levels, manholes, chambers, utility crossings, and connections.
* Experience in **quantity take-offs, BOQ review, material submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions**.
* Ability to coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
* Good knowledge of applicable **Saudi codes, standards, and utility authority requirements**.
* Good command of **English**; Arabic is an advantage.
* Candidates with **NWC / major infrastructure / utility project experience** will be preferred.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and coordinate wet utility shop drawings, layouts, profiles, sections, and details.
* Review IFC, tender, design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts.

* Coordinate wet utilities with roads, grading, structures, electrical, telecom, landscaping, and other disciplines.
* Prepare and coordinate **Material Submittals, RFIs, technical reports, and engineering submissions**.
* Conduct quantity take-offs and verify BOQs.
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support to site engineers.
* Identify drawing discrepancies, clashes, constructability issues, and site conflicts.
* Coordinate with survey teams regarding routes, levels, and dimensions.
* Monitor compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
* Review and update **as-built drawings and technical records**.
* Coordinate with planning, procurement, quality, and construction teams.
