Description
🔹 Project Director
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the project from mobilization through completion and handover.
Lead and manage high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality construction activities.
Ensure project delivery in line with approved scope, budget, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
Manage and coordinate Construction, Technical, QA/QC, MEP, Planning, Commercial, Procurement, and Project Controls teams.
Lead coordination with the Client, Consultant, Authorities, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor overall project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement recovery strategies.
Review major technical, commercial, contractual, and construction issues and ensure timely resolution.
Oversee project planning, resources, manpower, procurement, cost control, and construction execution.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, Saudi Building Code, and project requirements.
Drive successful testing, commissioning, completion, and final handover.
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
20+ years of overall construction experience with significant senior management experience.
Proven experience as Project Director / Project Manager on major high-rise towers and 5-star hotel/luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
Strong experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contracts, quality, and HSE.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
Jordanian nationality preferred.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
