WE ARE HIRING ON-SITE PROJECT HEAD – PETROCHEMICAL PLANT LOGISTICS OPERATIONS
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced On-Site Project Head – Petrochemical Plant Logistics Operations to lead and manage end-to-end outbound logistics operations across two petrochemical plants. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on logistics professional with strong experience in Petrochemical plant logistics operations, Planning, execution, distribution, client management, manpower management, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage outbound logistics operations across two plants.
· Ensure smooth and efficient 24/7 logistics operations.
· Coordinate outbound activities with Sales, Inventory, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
· Understand production plans and ensure timely material allocation and distribution according to customer requirements.
· Monitor material availability, customer orders, priorities, dispatch plans, and delivery commitments.
· Manage transportation, loading, dispatch, and delivery activities to ensure timely execution.
· Act as the primary on-site contact for the client and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Attend daily client meetings and present operational updates, KPIs, shipment status, manpower reports, performance reports, and action plans.
· Prepare customized reports and presentations based on client and management requirements.
· Manage manpower deployment, shift schedules, attendance, performance, and team productivity.
· Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for service improvement, cost optimization, and productivity enhancement.
· Proactively identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, company policies, and operational standards.
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics operation.
Candidate Requirements
-10+ years of logistics experience, preferably in plant/manufacturing or outbound logistics operations.
-Strong experience in on-site logistics/project management.
-Good understanding of production, inventory, sales, planning, allocation, and material distribution.
-Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management experience.
-Experience managing manpower and three-shift operations.
-Strong knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP systems.
-Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and presentation skills.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Must have a locally transferable Iqama.
-Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia.
