Description
Job Responsibilities
-Supervise and assign daily tasks to the maintenance team.
-Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
-Oversee AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
-Conduct regular inspections and identify maintenance or safety issues.
-Coordinate with contractors and external service providers when needed.
-Maintain maintenance records and submit reports to management.
-Ensure that all maintenance work is completed safely and on time.
Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or facility management.
-Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
-Knowledge of AC/HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
-Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
-Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is an advantage.
