Pay: 1,500.00 (SAR) - 2,000.00 (SAR) per month

Job description:

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse. The role requires accurate record-keeping, proper material handling, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized storage environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and easy accessibility.
Issue and distribute materials to various departments based on approved requisitions while maintaining accurate documentation.
Maintain inventory records and support regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required.
Identify and report damaged, defective, or missing goods, and assist with their return, replacement, or disposal.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper, Storekeeper, or in a similar inventory management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to lift and move heavy materials and perform physical warehouse tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Forklift operator certification is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
