Description
**Job Title: Van Salesman – Poultry Products**
We are seeking experienced and motivated **Van Salesmen** to join our team for the distribution and sales of poultry products.
### Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily sales calls according to the assigned route plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify and develop new customers, including retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, and other food-service outlets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Ensure product availability, proper visibility, and attractive display of poultry products in customer freezers and outlets.
* Prepare invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
* Monitor and manage stock levels on the assigned sales van.
* Ensure the company vehicle is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
* Follow company sales procedures, customer service standards, and route schedules.
### Requirements
* **Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in poultry products sales is mandatory.**
* Candidates without relevant poultry products experience are kindly requested **not to apply**.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Physically fit and capable of handling the requirements of van sales.
* Valid Saudi driving license.
* Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
* Basic mathematical and cash-handling skills.
* Valid and transferable **Iqama**.
### Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive basic salary: **SAR 2,000–3, 000**, depending on experience and qualifications.
* **Uncapped sales commission** based on performance.
* Company-provided sales van.
* Company-provided fuel/gasoline.
* Company-provided accommodation.
