Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A fire pump operator is responsible for positioning the apparatus, establishing a reliable water supply, and operating the pump to deliver correct pressure and flow to all hose lines throughout an incident. Core duties include water supply management, pump pressure calculations, monitoring gauges, troubleshooting issues, and performing daily apparatus checks.
A fire pump operator ensures continuous, safe, and effective water delivery by managing apparatus placement, water supply, pump operation, and hydraulic calculations, making the role essential to successful fireground operation
Salary, and other term,
• Basic salary 2,000 for 8 hours/ +Overtime
• Food, accommodation, transportation provided by company
• 42 days leave with pay after 2 years +plane ticket
