URGENT REQUIREMENT – MEP BIM Coordinator
CANDIDATE MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCATED IN KSA (SAUDI ARABIA).
Company Description
We, Ghars Al Mazen, are involved in the MEP scope of work for swimming pools, water features, jacuzzis and other water-related works.

Role Description
• Independently develop, manage, and update coordinated 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Revit.
• Lead MEP coordination meetings and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM deliverables meet design, construction and client requirements.
• Coordinate all MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical) in BIM using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Review consultant and subcontractor models to ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Generate accurate shop drawings and construction documents from coordinated models.
• Maintain and update BIM logs, clash reports and model reviews.
• Support construction and site teams with BIM-related queries and updates.
• Work closely with the BIM Manager or operate autonomously in the absence of one.
Qualifications
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in MEP coordination using BIM.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing and coordination processes.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
