Description
**URGENT REQUIREMENT – FLATBED TRAILERS**
We are urgently looking for suppliers who can provide flatbed trucks/trailers for a long-term transportation contract. Interested suppliers are requested to share their available fleet capacity and the required documents as soon as possible.
**Requirement Details:**
1. **Total Units:** Open quantity – suppliers may offer the maximum number of units they can provide.
2. **Required Documents:** Complete documentation in PDF format, including:
* Driver Iqama
* TGA cards
* Truck registration documents (Istimara)
* Other relevant vehicle and driver documents
3. **Contract Duration:** 12 months, renewable based on requirements and mutual agreement.
4. **Type of Material:** Containers carrying general goods.
5. **Route & Transportation Scope:** Rabigh to Dammam and return (round-trip basis). All transportation arrangements are within the supplier’s scope.
6. **Payment Terms:** Payment will be processed within 5 days after completion of each trip, subject to the agreed terms and submission of the required documents.
**Interested suppliers are requested to confirm their available units, transportation rates, and readiness for immediate deployment.**
