- Must have a three to five years of experience, working with multi-national clients, in the middle East is essential. Shall have proven managerial skills in institutional/industrial food service operations. Banqueting and special catering services, specifically but not limited to, making implementation 01 operational procedures, purchasing, invented order, stock control, health and safety sanitation, quality assurance, training and customer relation, shall possess good leadership, skill and self be motivated, personal attributes should encompass but not be limited to positive attitude and energetic-creative and receptive, change organized, self-disciplined, clean, smart and well presented
