URGENT HIRING IN JEDDAH! 🛒✨ Q SUPERMARKET
Looking for a strong, energetic floor leader ready to take charge! Q Supermarket is expanding its team in Jeddah and hiring an active, experienced Supermarket Supervisor.
Position: Supermarket Floor Supervisor
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia 📍
Salary: SAR 2,000 – SAR 2,500 / month (Based on experience)
Target: Expatriates (Transferable Iqama / Immediate Joining)
Key Highlights of the Role:
Lead and motivate cashiers, shelf stockers, and floor staff.
Maintain top-tier store presentation, fresh stock, and organized aisles.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve daily floor queries.
Monitor inventory, shelf replenishment, and expiry controls.
What We Expect:
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a supermarket/retail store.
Fast on your feet with strong leadership and communication skills.
Good command of English (Conversational Arabic is a major plus).
Resident in Jeddah with a valid, transferable Iqama preferred.
