Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Strong artistic sense and eye for detail in color blending, shading, and antique/textural finishing.
- Hands-on experience with spray guns and finishing tools on Fiberglass/GRP/GFRC surfaces.
- Ability to match design samples and architect specifications precisely.
