URGENT β FINISHING SITE ENGINEER / SUPERVISOR
π Location: Dhahran
π’ Project: Existing Building β Finishing Works
We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Engineer / Supervisor.
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 5 years of finishing experience in Saudi Arabia β Mandatory.
β’ Must have completed at least 5 similar building finishing projects.
β’ Strong experience in tiles, gypsum board, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical finishing works.
β’ Supervise contractors, manpower, quality, productivity and progress against the project plan.
β’ Strong contractor and supplier negotiation skills with focus on cost reduction.
β’ Good knowledge of the Dhahran, Dammam and Khobar market, suppliers and subcontractors.
β’ Follow up quotations, materials, deliveries and delivery notes.
β’ Manage snag/punch list and ensure completion through final handover.
β’ Valid Saudi driving license and own car are mandatory.
