Description
Key Responsibilities -
- Execute and manage multiple mechanical equipment manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using project management software to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Expedite engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery activities to meet project timelines.
- Manage vendor performance, follow up on material deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues.
- Review and administer commercial and contractual terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Prepare project status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements.
Desired Profile -
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline mandatory.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project execution as a Project Engineer in a mechanical equipment manufacturing company.
- Hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in project expediting and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms and conditions.
