We are is looking for an experienced and organized Store Keeper to join our team.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Position: Store Keeper
Industry: Electrical Manufacturing
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper.
Proven experience in Raw Materials Warehouse / Stores, preferably in a manufacturing or electrical industry.
Experience in receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing raw materials.
Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
Experience with ERP / Inventory Management Systems is preferred.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to organize warehouse materials and maintain proper storage practices.
Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
Candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily warehouse and store activities.
Receive and verify raw materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Properly arrange and label materials in the warehouse.
Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Issue materials to production as per approved requests.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Finance departments.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and efficient utilization of warehouse space.
