Saudi Arabia – MGS III Pipeline Project
Sr. Admin Officer
Qualification & Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in and discipline
10+ Years experience in handling large pool of workforce at accommodation and project site.
Manage day-to-day site administration and office activities.
Maintain manpower records, attendance, leave, mobilization and demobilization records.
Coordinate employee accommodation, catering, transportation and other site logistics.
Coordinate with HR, Project Management, subcontractors on site administrative matters.
Maintain site records, correspondence, reports and administrative documentation.
Monitor office supplies, facilities and general housekeeping requirements.
Candidate shall have strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Experience in the oil & gas industry or with major construction companies is mandatory for this position.
