Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site delivery of ELV/ICT projects, ensuring schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets are met.
Manage and supervise on-site labor teams and subcontractors, including manpower allocation, daily work arrangements, productivity, and performance.
Drive installation, integration, testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover of ELV/ICT systems.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to resolve site issues and ensure timely delivery.
Manage project progress, site documentation, quality control, and HSE compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Automation, or a related field.
8+ years of ELV/ICT experience, including 5+ years in site project management.
Proven experience managing on-site labor teams and subcontractors, with strong leadership, execution, and project delivery capabilities.
Good knowledge of at least three ELV/ICT systems, such as CCTV, Access Control, Networking, Structured Cabling, or PA/Intercom.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Proficient in MS Project or Primavera P6.
Saudi/GCC project experience and a valid Saudi driving license preferred.
Salary: SAR 6,000–8,000/month
