Position: Site Engineer (Interior Fitout)
Department: Projects / Construction
Reports To: Project Manager / Project Director
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and technically competent Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate site activities for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects. The Site Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
The ideal candidate should have strong site coordination skills, good knowledge of construction and interior fit-out works, and the ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and the project management team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant site experience in GCC, preferably in interior fit-out and contracting projects.
- Experience in commercial offices, retail, hospitality, residential, or similar fit-out projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Autocad and Sketchup 3d
- Good knowledge of MS Office and project documentation.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction practices and site requirements is an advantage.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Arabic Language (Speak) is an advantage.
- Transferable Iqama
