Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Showroom Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily showroom operations.
Welcome customers and ensure excellent customer service.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor showroom stock, product displays, and inventory.
Follow up with customers and develop strong business relationships.
Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in showroom management or sales supervision.
Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of sales and inventory management.
Ability to manage a team and handle daily operations.
Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
