Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Petroleum Engineer to optimize resource extraction, evaluate reservoir performance, and lead technical field operations. In this role, you will be responsible for applying advanced engineering techniques to maximize production, manage field development plans, and ensure safe, sustainable extraction processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze reservoir data, well logs, and production metrics to optimize hydrocarbon recovery and forecast yields.
* Design, evaluate, and implement efficient drilling, completion, and production operations.
* Develop comprehensive field development strategies and perform economic feasibility studies for new assets.
* Monitor well performance, diagnose operational issues, and implement artificial lift and intervention solutions.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all field and office operations.
Requirements:
* Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience in petroleum engineering, reservoir evaluation, or drilling operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency with industry engineering software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel, Prosper, MBAL, or Kappa).
* In-depth understanding of reservoir dynamics, fluid mechanics, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods.
* Excellent analytical, technical reporting, and cross-functional leadership skills.
