In my current role as Site Engineer with Shandong Tiejun Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd. in Red Sea, Tabuk, I supervise daily construction activities, coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. I regularly conduct site inspections to uphold quality and safety standards, review technical drawings and method statements, resolve on-site technical issues, and perform quantity take-offs to support project measurement and billing. My contributions were recognized with the Best Employee of the Month award in September 2025 and a Certificate of Appreciation from Red Sea Global in December 2025 for outstanding safety performance and dedication.
Previously, at Al Majrah Contracting and Building in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, I served as the main technical point of contact for subcontractors on private villa and high-rise projects, overseeing civil works from excavation through to completion and coordinating closely with consultants and clients on quality control and quantity estimation. Earlier, with KLC Construction in Hyderabad, India, I worked on a 40-floor high-rise development, where I managed cost estimation, progress reporting, and contractor payment certification.
I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and bring strong skills in AutoCAD, MS Office and Excel, project planning and implementation, and team leadership. I am comfortable managing multidisciplinary teams, enforcing HSE requirements, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
