A single room offering for 1 year 7,500 SR, location opposite: Moon Pharmacy, near look & see
on first floor, a separate 3 rooms apartment 1 for you and another one for me, 3rd one for store use
1 wash room & kitchen will be shared, also having balcony small size...Note All 3 rooms 10 x12 ft size
i am not sure about size you can inspect but you can live independently without distribution by other room mates it's completely separate and also not water problem.
I need decent person indian urdu speaker will be preferred, no due or delaying in payments and tomorrow or after some time i will pay such a person please don't contact.....
contact only on whatsapp i will call you back for serious person, the room is ready to occupy from 03/04-09-2026.
First one year rent need to pay by this date.....who has interest and serious please do contact me on WhatsApp only i will call you back.
For visiting the room tomorrow i am getting the key I will let you know after 09:00 p.m upon your whatsApp replies.
