Rooms are available with out AC - rent SAR1500 per month (only two women (working ladies), per head SAR 750 per month), you can bring your split AC if available.
if you need furnished room, can be made available with additional rent
Split AC preferred to avoid noise pollution and high electricity bills
kitchen meant for light cooking
Wifi , if required can be shared with additional cost
Electricity bill to be shared 50% every month
rent to be paid in cash in advance for 6 months
looking for long term tenant
commercial market, resturants, pharmacy, park, etc near by
