Year rent i am paying 12000 with 3months, but building owner is flexible with monthly rent as well.
Both rooms are furnished with all basics household items and must go with flat. This full month rent i have already paid till 30 August, and i don't need any thing, as my company is transferring me to project sit area and in furnished accommodation. Just pay me money for my listed items and come and stay.
