The tenant should be simple living and educated.

Electricity is excluded from the rent and is fairly shared among the tenants.
Automatic washing machine and fridge are available.
Toilet is shared.
The room is at 2nd floor of the building.
Internet is also available on sharing basis if needed.
Baqala and Othaim market is available just down the building. no Grocery is no issue.
Metro Bus station available just down the building.
Metro train station just 6 mintues walk.
Resturants are available just across the road.
