Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven “Sales Representative” to join our team and help expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our mobile home products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients including individuals, contractors, and companies
- Present and demonstrate our mobile and prefabricated home solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads until deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report sales activities to management
- Attend exhibitions and site visits when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in construction, real estate, or manufacturing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
- Saudi nationals preferred. Expat candidates with valid transferable Iqama will be considered
