WE ARE HIRING SALES & PROJECT ENGINEER
Bright East Steel Company (BESCO) is expanding its team and looking for an experienced Sales & Project Engineer to join our steel fabrication and manufacturing operations.
Position: Sales & Project Engineer
🔹 Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales engineering, project engineering, steel fabrication, construction, or related industrial projects.
🔹 Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects is highly preferred and will be considered an advantage.
🔹 Strong technical and commercial understanding of steel fabrication, engineering projects, and customer requirements.
🔹 Experience in preparing technical/commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and project documentation.
🔹 Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
🔹 Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to coordinate between clients, engineering, procurement, production, QA/QC, and project teams.
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
