Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager with at least 7 years of experience in the Saudi market, specializing in clothing, and travel bags.
- Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets. - Manage and develop the sales team and enhance its efficiency. - Supervise the performance of showrooms and sales representatives. - Analyze the market and competitors and propose development plans. - Monitor performance indicators and submit periodic reports to senior management. - Oversee pricing policies and promotional offers.
- Required Qualifications:
Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and analytical skills - Proficiency in preparing reports and sales plans - Proven experience in furniture, ready-made clothing, or travel bags - Minimum 7 years of experience in the Saudi market - Job Benefits: - Comfortable and motivating work environment
