NEBOSH IGC certified, with hands-on expertise in Permit to Work (PTW) systems, risk assessment (JSA/HIRA), incident investigation, toolbox talks, and site inspections. Proven track record of enforcing HSE plans in line with Saudi Labor Law, client and contractor HSE requirements, and international standards (ISO 45001). Skilled in coordinating with project management, engineers, subcontractors, and civil defense/regulatory bodies to maintain zero-incident work sites. Iqama transferable and available for immediate mobilization within KSA.
