Safety Manager
Positions Required 1
Reports To Project Director
Location Site – Riyadh Region
Minimum Experience Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience; towers experience required (may be gainedanywhere within KSA)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage the project Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) plan in line with Saudi
regulations and international best practice.
• Lead the site safety team and ensure adequate safety supervision across all work areas.
• Conduct site safety audits and risk assessments, and enforce corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs to site personnel and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Civil Defense and relevant Riyadh authorities on safety compliance and permits.
• Monitor and report HSE KPIs (LTI, near misses, man-hours) to project management.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and response plans are in place and tested for the site.
