A reputed company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced and responsible Recreation Supervisor to manage and supervise the daily operations of its gym and recreational facilities.

📌 Position: Recreation Supervisor

👤 Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in recreation, gym, fitness, sports, or facility supervision is preferred.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Professional, responsible, and customer-oriented personality. Ability to manage daily facility operations independently. Knowledge of cleanliness, safety, and facility-management standards.
Ability to maintain a clean, safe, organized, and enjoyable environment.
Saudi-based candidates with transferable Iqama are preferred.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the gym and recreational facilities.
Ensure the facility remains clean, safe, organized, and well maintained.
Supervise employees and recreational facility users.
Monitor the proper use of gym equipment and recreational areas.
Ensure safety rules and facility regulations are followed.
Coordinate routine cleaning and maintenance activities.
Address users' concerns and provide professional customer service.
Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues to management.
Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment for employees and facility users.
Maintain daily operational records and coordinate with management when required.
