Quantity Surveyor Estimator Cost Control Engineer
Highly experienced and results-driven Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Cost Control Engineer with 10+ yrs of professional experience in quantity surveying, commercial management, cost estimation, and project cost control across major construction projects in Saudi Arabia. Strong hands-on experience in both pre-contract and post-contract activities, including quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, budgeting, interim payment applications, subcontractor valuations, variation orders, material reconciliation, and final accounts.
With proven experience on major residential, infrastructure projects. Skilled in Dwgs interpretation, site measurement verification, cost monitoring, commercial reporting, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Proficient in PlanSwift, AutoCAD, MS Excel with practical knowledge of POMI, CESMM4, NRM2, and FIDIC contract conditions. Strong analytical and commercial skills with a proven ability to maintain accurate measurements, valuations, cost records, and project documentation. Transferable Iqama and available for immediate joining anywhere in Saudi Arabia.
