π΄ URGENT REQUIREMENT β QC SUPERVISOR β MECHANICAL
Project:** Master Gas Expansion Project
Location: Durma, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Oil & Gas / Gas Pipeline / EPC
We are seeking an experienced **QC Supervisor β Mechanical** to supervise mechanical quality control and inspection activities for a major Oil & Gas EPC project.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Supervise mechanical QC inspection activities at site.
β’ Monitor inspection of **piping, mechanical equipment, valves and related systems**.
β’ Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, ITPs, specifications and project requirements.
β’ Coordinate inspections with Client/PMC and third-party inspectors.
β’ Review inspection reports, material certificates, test records and quality documentation.
β’ Monitor hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, flushing, reinstatement and mechanical completion activities.
β’ Raise, track and close NCRs, observations and punch-list items.
β’ Coordinate with Construction, Engineering and Commissioning teams.
β’ Ensure compliance with **Saudi Aramco QA/QC requirements and project procedures**.
REQUIREMENTS
β Diploma/Bachelorβs Degree in **Mechanical Engineering** or relevant technical qualification.
β **10+ years of Oil & Gas QA/QC experience**, including supervisory experience.
β Strong experience in **piping and mechanical construction**.
β Good knowledge of applicable **ASME/API codes, ITPs and inspection procedures**.
β **Saudi Aramco project experience/exposure is highly preferred.**
β Saudi Aramco QC approval/certification is an advantage.
β Strong leadership and site coordination skills.
